Nooks of Nolita

Sitting just North of Little Italy, the eclectic neighborhood of Nolita hums with shoppers & diners alike. While I may have proximity bias, this nook of New York has my heart and I owe it all to these gems.

Elizabeth Street Garden

This secret garden is the perfect spot for statue sketching, reading, or enjoying a Parisi sandwich on a sunny afternoon.

Epistrophy

A neighborhood favorite. Perch on the couch near the window, order the olives to share, and give the Orecchiette a try. Yum yum yum.

Lovely Day

A dear friend and boutique owner, Shawn Horseman, took me here and swore up and down that the pad thai and seaweed salad would be worth it. Right he was, and now I emplore you to go see for yourself.

Goods for the Study

If you love the crisp white pages of a new journal, you absolutely must stop in for a visit.

The Meadow

This adorable store is bound to.pique your culinary interest. From high-end salts, chocolate bars, wines & bitters, this is the perfect place to grab a hostess gift on your way out the door!

Ruby's

This Aussie-inspired spot has a little something for everyone and the vibe is all around inviting, upbeat, and just fun. Perfect for a first date, cocktails with friends, or lunch with out-of-towners. The crispy rice bowl is sublime!

Coffee

When it comes to a good cup of coffee, Nolita is spoiled for choice. Here are a few of my go-to's:

ENLY - coffee & candle store with great outdoor seating!

ELK - delicious seasonal drinks & steps away from Elizabeth St Garden!

STONE STREET - bright study spot with gorgeous artwork and a killer coffee + croissant deal

LOST DRAFT - a movie themed coffee spot with amazing floral coffees

CAFE INTEGRAL - Nicaraguan coffee. Yum!
